Location was great! Couldn't be closer to Dotonbori! Was literally a parking lot away from the famous Donki with the ferris wheel. Amenities were great and staff was friendly and very helpful in getting a luggage delivery service that we hadn't seen before online that was able to do same day delivery for us to Kyoto.

The location of this property is literally a street over of the main area of Dotombori. That being said you’re mainly paying for location. Hotel is nice, we had a twin room which was quite big. Close to train stations and lots of shopping!
Breakfast wasn’t anything special but with so many food options so close… Beds were a little on the hard side and the pillows were super soft and flat.
They only provide 1 small pillow. Tried to request for additional pillow even if we had to pay. Request dinied.
No cleaning of rooms.Drinking bottled water free only for first day.Coffee, milk & sugar rationed. You had to request from the front desk on a daily basis.

Stay there for 3 nights and no cleaning at all. Only offer new towels. It is not bad if you’re not messy.

Pillows could be fluffier or fuller, they are quite flat and don’t support maybe even offer an extra pillow. Tv should have ability to hear it in English or be able to log into Netflix etc
Could not watch tv as did not understand any of it and had no subtitles or option to log onto other apps.Check in time of 3pm is too late when travelling you get to the hotel at 11am and then wait for 4 hours
The location was perfect. In the middle of the main area of Osaka but also on a quiet enough street. 10 minute easy walk to Namba station. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
